Single Pouch Packaging Machine
The Fully Automatic Single Pouch Packaging Machine operates in two distinct stages :
Product Handling and Placement
At the beginning of the process, tissue paper passes through adjustable rollers that crease and fold it into four layers, with the fold size depending on the roller configuration, which can be adjusted based on the tissue roll size. The folded tissue is then cut and further folded into two layers using a second set of rollers.
The prepared tissue is placed onto the conveyor through one of three automated feeding stations, each powered by servo motors for accurate feeding. Each station is dedicated to a specific product—spoon, fork, or knife—and uses a nozzle system to pick and place the product onto the conveyor for packaging.
Packaging Process
Once the products are aligned on the conveyor belt, the packaging phase begins. A roller system feeds the packaging material, guiding it to the level of the conveyor. The machine’s heating for the cutter and one for the middle seal. A heating ring is used to transfer heat directly to the sealing wheel, ensuring efficient heat transfer. A thermocouple monitors the temperature to keep it stable at the correct melting point to complete the pouch formation.
ApplicationsSuitable for single wet tissues, toothpicks, and various other regularly shaped products.
